The Warehouse Event center represents the highest quality venue in the area, with the most flexibility. Our goal is to make your event dreams a reality! Our layout, sound & lights and staff are second to none. By allowing you to choose the decor, band, or DJ and provide the food for the event, you are truly able to create a unique event that suits your needs.
Warehouse Rental:
$2,200 per six (6) hour event
Includes:
- Standing room for up to 750 people
- Banquet Tables and seating for up to 240 people
- Cocktail Tables
- Buffet Tables
- Banquet Table Linens (color of your choice)
- Security Guard
- Bartenders
- Event Cleaning Crew
- Projection Screen
- Sound * Lighting
- Two (2) hour set up time day of event
- Off Street Parking
Flexibility:
Provide your own food/caterer
No post event clean up
One (1) hour practice / rehearsal prior to the event
$400 for every hour over six (6) hours of any event that runs past midnight

Guest pay for drinks - Soda Package – 6 Hours Open: $9 per person

- Gold Package – 4 Hours Open: $30 per person – Draft Bud Light and Budweiser – Canned Beer – Rail Liquor (Vodka, Gin, Rum and Tequila)
